The Science:
Why This Data Matters
We’re learning that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all
Plant-based and alternative therapies are showing real promise, but much of what we know today comes from small studies and isolated experiences. There’s still a gap between what’s happening in research… and what people are experiencing in the real world.
That gap matters.
Because without enough shared data, it’s difficult to understand:
- Protocol What approaches work best
- Demography Who they work for
- Efficacy And what supports lasting change
We believe data isn’t something to collect, it’s something to learn from.
By gathering real, lived experiences across different people, protocols, and environments, we can begin to see patterns that help improve care, refine practices, and support more informed decisions.
Not just for today, but for everyone who comes next.
About Us:
Who We Are
Inner Atlas is a collaborative effort
We can better understand healing if we learn from it, together.
Pneuma Gladius, the PSY Data Society, and a global network of practitioners are coming together around a shared belief:
Right now, much of this knowledge lives in separate places.
In individual practices. In personal experiences. In conversations that don’t travel far.
We’re building a platform to bring that insight into one place, where people can safely share their experiences, and where practitioners and researchers can learn from a broader, more connected view.
This isn’t about defining a single path.
It’s about helping people find their own, with better information, greater awareness, and a community that’s learning alongside them.
